Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally yet.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.
Processing time
Each mat is embroidered with your name after you order. Orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Gift and holiday deadlines
Before Ramadan, Eid and other busy seasons we post a recommended “order by” date on our site. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and the reshipping cost may be charged.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement.
